The Maguire Memorial Home & Cremation Services, a locally-owned funeral home, has served Hackettstown and its surrounding communities for 75 years. We are committed to providing dignified and affordable funeral and cremation services in a comfortable home-like environment.

In our care, you and your loved one will be treated with kindness, compassion and respect. While we continue to be guided by our tradition of compassionate service, we recognize that times are changing. That is why we are offering new services to provide comfort and practical solutions at a very difficult time, including online obituaries, memory portraits and professionally designed tribute videos, while continuing to provide the services that have served our community so well over the years.

At the Maguire Memorial Home & Cremation Services, we understand the death of a loved one is an emotional and difficult time. That is why one of our traditional services is to help individuals and families in advance with making arrangements. This allows them to discuss their wishes and make important decisions in a less difficult time.

Pre-arranging funeral services can also be an important part of an estate plan or may be required if someone will soon be eligible for Medicaid. Should you or your loved one choose to pre-pay for funeral services, all monies are FDIC insured and earn interest, offsetting some of the price increases that naturally occur over time. We realize for some individuals pre-paying may not be possible. Pre-arranged funerals can be planned without prepayment.
