Vincent Raglievich Jr, 90, of North Bergen, passed away peacefully on April 14, 2021 at Warren
Haven Nursing Home in Oxford, NJ.
Vincent was born on April 4, 1931 in the Village of Cunski, Mali Losinj now known as Croatia to the late Vincent Sr. and Catherine Raglievich.
He married the love of his life Leonarda Sucich in 1959. They resided in North Bergen for 57 years prior to moving to Hackettstown. Together they celebrated 59 years of marriage prior to her passing on April 19, 2020.
Vincent was a carpenter by trade and enjoyed building. He loved the outdoors and walking outside. His love of the outdoors included yard work. He could always be found cleaning up or building something in the yard. Vincent also loved the Jersey Shore and spending time with family at the beach. The traditional family visits to Wildwood Crest were always a highlight for him. He was a devout catholic and a past member of the Our Lady of Fatima church in North Bergen.
Above all he was a kind man who will be remembered for his love of family and friends. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Vincent is survived by his loving children; Claudio Raglievich and his wife Paula and Walter Raglievich and his companion Denise Tuscano-Simony. His adored granddaughter Claudia Raglievich, and his grandson Tyler Bendeson. In addition to his wife Leonarda, he is preceded in death by his brothers Mario Raglievich and Lino Raglievich.
Family and friends may pay their respects on Monday, April 19, 2021 from 11 AM - 12 PM at the Maguire-Scala Memorial Home, 124 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ. Funeral services will immediately follow the visitation at 12:00 PM in the funeral home. Entombment will take place at Flower Hill Cemetery in North Bergen, NJ
