Thomas P Lozada

Thomas P. Lozada, 66, of Hackettstown, NJ passed away peacefully at home.

Thomas was born on March 12, 1958 in Bronx, NY to the late Pedro Lozada and Rosalie (nee; Cossentino).

Thomas was employed as a Benefits Plan Administrator for CIRS prior to his retirement in November. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Fordham University. He married the love of his life Cheryl Caiazzo in 2007. He loved music and owned his own music store “Juke Box Music” for many years in NY. He was an avid NY Mets fan and a NY Islanders fan. Above all he loved his family. He will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his devoted wife Cheryl Lozada, his loving children, Leah Lozada, Lauren Lozada, TJ Lozada and his wife Porrie, mother of Lauren and TJ, Helen Lozada, his cherished grandchildren, Nirin and Nolan Lozada, his siblings, Steven, Mary and Donna Lozada. In addition to his father Pedro he is preceded in death by a brother Peter Lozada.

Family and friends may pay their respects on Thursday, January 16, 2025 from 3-7 PM at Maguire Memorial Home, 124 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ 07840 and again on Friday, January 17, 2025 from 9-10:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at on Friday, January 17, 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 302 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ 07840. Burial will take place at Union Cemetery, 151 Mountain Ave. Hackettstown, NJ 07840.
