Sat Prakash Bahl

Sat Bahl, 90, of Newtown, PA (formerly of East Stroudsburg, PA) passed away peacefully on September 14, 2024 at Morristown Medical Center with his loving family by his side.

Sat was born on July10, 1934 in New Delhi, India to the late Dilal and Haridavi Bahl.

He earned his law degree from Arya College in India. Sat then went on to earn his MBA in Social Services from the University of Buffalo in 1974. He married the love of his life Tripta Chadha. Together they celebrated 55 years of marriage. He was an avid coin and baseball card collector. Sat always kept up to date on the Stock Market and political and public events. Above all he loved his family and the moments they shared together. He will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his devoted wife Tripta, his loving children, son Mikki Bahl and his wife Divya and daughter Monica Kapur and her husband Anup. He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren, Nina, Ajay, Angelina, Sara and Krish.

Family and friends are invited to the Shraddha ceremony on Sunday, September 29, 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Temple Arsha Vidya Gurukulam, 651 Route 115, Saylorsburg, PA 18353.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Sat’s name to the American Diabetes Association, PO Box 7023, Merrifield, VA 22116-7023
