Rosa A Perez-Vargas

Rosa A. Perez- Vargas, 66, of Hackettstown, NJ passed away unexpectedly on February 13, 2020.
Rosa was born on June 11, 1953 in Vega Alta, Puerto Rico to the late Domingo Perez and Pilar Davila Ramos.
Rosa was a graduate of Walton High School's class of 1972 before going on to receive her bachelor's of Arts from New Rochelle College in 1975. Rosa also obtained her Master's Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2007. Education was such a pivotal part of Rosa's life and her colleagues at Hope Township School can truly attest to that. Rosa enjoyed spending her spare time with her two dogs, Jackie and Tabatha. She also enjoyed reading and playing games on her phone, her favorite being Candy Crush.
Rosa is survived by her loving husband, Saul Vargas, her children, grandchildren, and siblings. She is predeceased by her parents, Domingo Perez and Pilar Davila Ramos.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made in Rosa's name to The Hope Township School; 320 Johnsonburg Rd, Hope, NJ 07844 (908) 459-4242.
Family and friends may gather for a memorial mass on Thursday, February 20, 2020 at 10:30 AM at the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, 302 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ 07840.
