Robert Charles Marrone

Robert Charles Marrone, 56, of Port Murray, NJ, passed away peacefully on September 30, 2026, at Hackettstown Medical Center in Hackettstown, NJ.

Robert was born on August 20, 1970, in Clovis, New Mexico.

Robert earned his bachelor's degree from Dominican University. He was an avid animal lover and had a passion for training dogs. Robert was also very handy and known as a jack-of-all-trades. He could repair just about anything.

Robert was a motorcycle enthusiast. He enjoyed racing and often went to NJMP Raceway. He was at peace when he took his Harley out on long rides. Robert loved to travel and go to the beach. Above all, he loved his family and spending time with his grandchildren. He will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his loving parents, Robert and Kathleen Marrone; his children, Brittany Marrone and her wife, Heather, and Taylor Marrone; his adored grandchildren, Nolan, Easton, and Brayden; his brothers, Matthew Marrone and his wife, Marisa, and Scott Marrone and his wife, Tina; his sister, Alyson Marrone; and many nieces and nephews.

A celebration of life will be held on November 7th at NOCO Joe's BBQ Sports Bar, 5 Roundhouse Road, Piermont, NY, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
