Reynolds L Ferrante

Reynolds L. Ferrante, 90, of Cornwall, PA (formerly of Lebanon, PA and Fairfax, VA) passed away peacefully on June 29, 2024.

Reynolds was born on January 19, 1934 in Camden, NJ to the late Vincent and Louise Ferrante.

After High School, he went on to further his education earning his Doctorate in Education from Penn State University. Reynolds married the love of his life Joan E. Smith in 1961. Together they celebrated 58 years of marriage prior to her passing in 2019. Reynolds was employed as a Professor prior to his retirement in 2005. He was an avid reader and loved to travel. Reynolds was very involved with the Boy Scouts in his younger years. He will be greatly missed.

Reynolds is survived by his loving sons; Franz L. Ferrante and his wife Eva and Fritz C. Ferrante and his wife Cindy. In addition to his wife Joan Ferrante he is preceded in death by his brothers Vincent and Albert Ferrante.

Family and friends may pay their respects on Saturday, July 13, 2024 from 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM at Maguire Memorial Home and Cremation Services, 124 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ 07840. Funeral service will immediately follow the visitation at 11:30 AM in the funeral home. Burial will take place at Mount Olive Union Cemetery in Budd Lake, NJ
