Randy L Stone

Randy L. Stone, 69, of Hackettstown, NJ passed away on December 19, 2020 at Hackettstown Medical Center. Randy was born on October 12, 1951 in Williston, ND to the late Charles G. Stone and Beatrice Mcauliffe Stone. He proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Randy married the love of his life Joanne in 1987. He was employed in retail and security prior to his retirement in 2018. Randy enjoyed photography and writing. As a young man, he wrote several screen plays, short stories and poetry. He was a past member of the American Legion and ran the Bingo every week for several years. He had a love for his community, and especially enjoyed making those around him laugh. He will be sadly missed. In addition to his mother Beatrice Stone, he is survived by his devoted wife Joanne Stone, his loving sisters Heidi Wason, her husband Alex and their 3 children; Holly Piecora , her husband Brandon Cruz and their 4 children. He also leaves behind 17 cherished great-nieces and great-nephews. Due to public gathering restrictions, A Memorial Service Celebrating Randy's life will be announced at a later date.
