Ralph W Beckel

Ralph W. Beckel, 98, of Hackettstown, NJ passed away peacefully on August 16, 2018 in Morris Township, NJ
Ralph was born on January 16, 1920 in Springfield, Ohio to the late Lawrence and Katherine Beckel.
Ralph was a graduate of Wittenberg University, earning his BS degree in accounting.  He attended Wittenberg with a full scholarship in tennis.
Ralph proudly served his country in the United States Navy during WWII.  Enlisting as an officer he served on the USS Boyle.  Upon returning from his tour of duty, Ralph was employed as a Controller for Sawhill Tubular Division.  He was of the Catholic faith.  He will be sadly missed.
He is survived by his loving children, daughters, Jean Singleton and Sharon Ann Lesch and her husband Jack, his son David Lawrence Beckel and his wife Kerry, a step-daughter Janet Miller and Husband Earl Miller and a step-son David Holtzclaw.   His adored grandchildren, Jeff Beckel and his wife Natasha, Melissa Beckel and her husband Ryan. David Beckel and wife Hallie and  Brooks Holtzclaw.
Great Grand Children London and Avery and Karlyn.  In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his 1st wife, Virginia Ann Beckel, his 2nd wife, Betty Holtzclaw and His Eldest Son Robert William Beckel.
Funeral service will be held at a later date in Springfield, Ohio
