Nirmala S Hosangadi

Nirmala S Hosangadi, 84, of Allamuchy, NJ passed away peacefully on April 10, 2025 at home with her loving family by her side.

Nirmala was born on March 6, 1941 in Andhra Pradesh, India to the late Bhavanishanker and Girija Haldipur.

She was the heart of our family and an embodiment of unconditional love for us.

Nirmala graduated high school in India and earned her postgraduate degree from the University of Mumbai. An avid reader and fan of motivational podcasts, she loved solving mind puzzles, often completing multiple Sudoku puzzles a day. Fluent in 8 languages, Nirmala was passionate about education, sponsoring the schooling of two girls in India, and volunteered with the National Association of the Blind. She will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her loving children Vitthal Hosangadi, Gurudutt Hosangadi, Suvarna Hosangadi and their families.
