Mark Rodgers Belding, Jr.

Mark Rodgers Belding Jr., 42, of Pleasantville, NJ passed away suddenly on December 5, 2022 at his home.

Mark was born on August 1, 1980 in Riverside, California to Kathleen Geoghegan.

Mark was self-employed, proudly owning and operating Lighthouse Pools. He was a graduate of Southern Regional High School class of 1998. He went on to further his education in order to open his pool business. Mark loved sports, he was a fan of the NY Mets and an avid fan of the Miami Dolphins. Mark loved writing and movies. He loved music and was a proud Democrat. Mark had many friends, all whom he would give the shirt off his back to. Above all he was a family man. He loved his family dearly and cherished every moment spent with them.

He is survived by his wife, Nicole Cantatore, his mother, Kathleen Geoghegan, his step-son Noah Cantatore, In-laws, Michael and Crystal Cantatore and grandmother-in-law Felice. He also leaves behind his siblings, Erin Maguire and her husband Christian, Tara Lesser and her husband Kasper and Shannon Weiss, nieces and nephews, Dylan, Joey, Chris, Bryan, Brooke, Randy, Shane, Riley and Nova-Jane. He had many Aunts and uncles, Aunt Dolly, Aunt Dot, Aunt Karen, Aunt Robin, and Aunt Susan and Uncles Bub, Kevin, Terry, Mike and Alan and his 3 dogs which were his babies, Serene, Lilly and Chicken, they were the absolute loves of his life.

Family and friends may pay their respects on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 from 5-8:30 PM at the Maguire-Scala Memorial Home, 124 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ 07840. Funeral service will immediately follow the visitation at 8:30 PM in the funeral home.
