At age 66 passed away peacefully in her daughters arms on the early morning hours of January 16, 2024 as the snow came down the heavens opened up to accept a new beautiful soul.

She was born on August 30, 1957 in Morristown, NJ to the late William and Stella Pryslak.

She grew up in Great Meadows, NJ. She graduated Hackettstown High School and Centenary College. She worked at Nykuns Store and Pryslak Sod Farm. She raised her kids as a single mother. In her free time, she loved to plant flowers, collect Longaberger baskets, Polka dancing, listening to Elvis and country music. Kathy will be missed and remembered for her smile, outgoing personality, her amazing cooking and baking along with being there for others. She aspired to be the best daughter, mother, and grandmother.

Kathy is survived by her two brothers, Greg and Mark, her loving children, son Robert and his wife Elizabeth, daughter Amanda and her husband Tony and youngest son Craig. Grandchildren Noah, Maximus and Zachary and her companion, Billy. She will be greatly missed by all

Family and friends may pay their respects on Friday, January 19, 2024 from 3-8PM at Maguire-Scala Memorial Home, 124 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ 07840 and again Saturday, January 20, 2024 from 9-9:45 AM.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday, January 20, 2024 at 10:30 AM at St. Nicholas Ukrainian Catholic Church, Route 46 in Great Meadows, NJ. Burial will immediately follow the Mass at Pequest Union Cemetery, 30 Cemetery Road, Great Meadows, NJ
