John W Simmons

John W. Simmons Jr., 63, of Oxford, NJ passed away suddenly on March 14, 2021 at the home of his mother in Oxford, NJ John was born on October 5, 1957 in Phillipsburg, NJ to the late John Walter Simmons Sr. and Victoria (nee: Penkul) John was a graduate of Warren Hills High School. He was employed as a diesel mechanic and a welder the majority of his career. Most recently he was employed at Philip's & Tosco in Phillipsburg, NJ.
A lifelong resident of Oxford, John loved the outdoors. He was an avid hunter and a skilled trapper.
John is survived by his loving daughter, Chelsea Simmons, his step-son, Dale Stephens and his devoted mother Victoria Simmons. He also leaves behind his caring cousins, Joanne Wright and Arthur Lencewicz. In abiding with the family's wishes, all services will be private.
