Joel R Robinson

Joel R. Robinson, 73, of Hackettstown, NJ passed away peacefully on January 23, 2025 at home.

Joel was born on August 13, 1951 to the late Raymond and Alice Robinson.

He was a graduate of Bergen County Vocational and Technical High School where he studied masonry. Joel proudly served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War where he served as a Combat Engineer and Materiel Supply Specialist. Joel enjoyed playing cards, his favorites being Spades, Dirty Hearts and Bid Whist. Above all he loved his family and treasured the moments spent together.

Joel is survived by his loving children; daughter, Simone Robinson, son, Joel Robinson Jr. his grandson, Jaren Robinson and his siblings Patricia Robinson and Anthony Robinson. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his siblings, Raymond, Evelyn, Edward, Richard and Fredrick Robinson.

Inurnment with Military Honors will be held at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Road, Newtown, PA 18940 on Friday February 7, 2025 at 11:00 AM.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Maguire Memorial Home.
