Hermine Freda

Hermine Freda, 96, of Hackettstown, NJ passed away peacefully on February 11, 2023 at Hackettstown Medical Center.

Hermine was born on March 8, 1926 to the late Harry and Sarah Rosenberg.

Previously residing in West New York, NJ Hermine has lived in Hackettstown for over 20 years. She was employed as a secretary for St. Vincent Hospital in New York in her younger years. She was known for her incredibly fast typing skills. Once she married she was a homemaker, her favorite position ever. She truly enjoyed being a wife and mother. Hermine loved shopping and visiting with friends. Although not a parishioner of Trinity Methodist Church, she made many friends there while shopping at the thrift store. She will be sadly missed.

Hermine is survived by her loving son Edward Palange and his wife Donna.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Moriah Jewish Cemetery, 685 Fairview Ave, Fairview, NJ 07022
