Evelyn P Smith

Evelyn P. Smith, 97, of Hackettstown, NJ, previously of West Orange, NJ passed away peacefully on February 7, 2019 at Karen Ann Quinlan Home for Hospice in Fredon Township, NJ.
Evelyn was born on April, 29 1921, in Hackensack, NJ to the late Gaetano and Speranza Parciasepe.
Evelyn graduated from Hackensack High School, class of 1938. She then went on to work for the Hackensack Library. The most important aspect of her life was her family, which she cherished dearly.
She is predeceased by her husband James Smith, who passed in 1998.
She is also predeceased by her brothers Emil and Urban Pariasepe and a sister Jane Babcock.
She is survived by her loving son, Gary Smith.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Evelyn's name to the Karen Ann Quinlan Hospice, Newton, NJ.
Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to the Scala Memorial Home and have been made private at the family's request.
