Estella Stokes

Estella Stokes, 75, of Oxford, NJ (formerly of Phillipsburg and Belvidere NJ) passed away peacefully on October 1, 2024 at Warren Haven Nursing Home.

Estella was born on May 16, 1949 in New York, NY to the late Marcelino and Carmen Cuesta.

She was an avid reader and enjoyed writing journals. Estella loved to write letters and send cards to family. She would listen daily to her favorite radio stations, WRNJ and WNTI. She was an animal lover. Above all she loved her family and the time they shared together.

Estella is survived by her son Michael Dirk Cuesta, brothers Michael Cuesta and Raymond Cuesta, grandchildren Briana Cuesta and Nicholas Cuesta, 2 great-grandchildren, Juliana and Trevor, nephew Justin Weber and his wife Jami, Jared Weber, Michael Cuesta, Gerald Cuesta, Carlo Cuesta, Raymond Cuesta Jr., Mathew Cuesta, Jeffrey Fusaro, Louis Fusaro and nieces Diane Fusaro, Valerie Fusaro, Alison Fusaro, Michele Fusaro, Devyn Fusaro, Sarah Weber and Christina Van Damme.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her sister Martha Fusaro.

All services will be held privately.
