Diane Foster

Diane Corvan Foster, 75, of Phillipsburg, NJ (previously of Washington, NJ) passed away peacefully at home, with her loving family by her side, on November 30, 2020 Diane was born on September 26, 1945 in Franklin, NJ Sussex County to the late Eugene and Corvine Heffelfinger.
Prior to her retirement, Diane was employed for many years as an LPN at the House of Good Shepherd in Hackettstown, NJ. She was an avid reader and enjoyed collecting books. She had an appreciation for antiques, fine china and tearooms, and a love of gardening. Diane was also a longtime baseball (Go Mets!) and football (Go Steelers!) fan, and never missed an episode of Jeopardy! since its debut in 1984. Above all else, she loved her family and spending time with them. She will be dearly missed.
Diane is survived by her devoted partner, Jose Alpizr; her loving children, Kiersten Byelick of Oak Harbor, WA, Todd Andenes of Denver, CO and Erinn Bohannon and her husband Chad, of Pohatcong, NJ; and her cherished grandchildren, Shannon Jansen, Megan Byelick, Ashlee Byelick, Jordon Byelick, Hannah Tamari, Darian Byelick, Soren Andenes, Kieran Bohannon and Grayson Bohannon. She also leaves behind 13 great-grandchildren and her 5 siblings; Eugene Heffelfinger Jr, Jeffrey Heffelfinger Sr, Cynthia Heffelfinger, Veronica Koenen and Noel Heffelfinger. All services at this time will be private. A Memorial service celebrating Diane's life will be announced at a later date.
