David James Wagner

David J. Wagner 69, of Hackettstown, NJ passed away peacefully on May 24, 2021 in Surfside Beach, South Carolina. David was born on January 5, 1952 in Bethpage, Long Island, New York to the late David and Rose Wagner. David graduated from Brentwood High School in Brentwood, NY. David was of the Catholic faith. He was self-employed and owned and operated Country Tire which he purchased in 1975. He was a hard worker and always enjoyed providing for his family. David owned rental homes and loved renovating them. He enjoyed playing golf and was an avid bowler at Ledgewood Circle Lanes and most recently at Oakwood Lanes. He also enjoyed cars. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him. David is survived by his devoted wife Catherine of 30 years, his loving children; sons, David, Jason, Brian, Ryan, Adam and daughter Ali and his cherished grandchildren; Harper, Finley, Reagan, Brynley, Ethan, Tyler, Ryan and Colin.
