Corrine Joyce Bird

Corrine Joyce Bird, “Cooky,” 80, passed away peacefully on November 26, 2023, at Gracedale Nursing Home in Nazareth, PA.

Cooky was born on October 6, 1943, in Washington Township, Morris County, NJ, to the late Albert and Doris Bird.

She was a graduate of West Morris Regional High School in Chester, NJ.

Cooky was last employed at A&P for many years as a shelf stocker. She enjoyed crafts and driving fast cars. In her earlier years, she enjoyed driving her boat and motorcycle. Above all, she loved and took care of her family. She will be greatly missed.

Cooky is survived by her loving sister, Michelle Alexander, her caring nieces and nephews, Roy Longyhore, Michael Longyhore, Cheryl Longyhore, Dorris Longyhore, Erik Longyhore, Frank Longyhore, Donovan Bird, and Ericka Bird. In addition to her parents Albert and Doris, she is preceded in death by her brother Michael Bird and her sister Sarah Longyhore.

Honoring her wishes all services will be private.
