Carole Santarelli

Carole Santarelli, 88, of Hackettstown, NJ, formerly of Olyphant, PA passed away peacefully of May 15, 2019 at Warren Haven Nursing Home in Oxford, NJ.
Carole was born on April 19, 1931 in Olyphant, PA to the late Peter and Frances Kulick.
Carole was a graduate of Olyphant High School before meeting her husband of 53 years, Vincent.  She worked as a doctor’s assistant for many years at Dr. Mazzei’s office in Hackettstown, NJ, before retiring in 1985.  In her later years Carole enjoyed crocheting and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Vincent Santarelli and his wife Cheryl, and Karen Gelok.  She is also survived by her grandchildren, Katie Feldman, Lauren Zita, and Toni Fryer. Carole also has four great grandchildren, Julia, Ariana, Isabella, and Gianna.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her loving husband, Vincent.
Family and friends may pay their respects on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 from 9:30AM to 10:30AM at the Maguire-Scala Memorial Home, 124 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ 07840. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of the Mountain Roman Catholic Church in Long Valley, NJ, followed by a burial at Pequest Union Cemetery in Great Meadows, NJ.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Carole’s name to the St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to the Maguire-Scala Memorial Home.
