Bahtjar Ceka

Bahtjar Ceka, 89, of Hackettstown NJ passed away peacefully on March 7, 2023 at home with his loving family by his side.

Bahtjar was born on February 4,1934 in Tirana, Albania to the late Syrja and Nexhmije Ceka.

Bahtjar was graduate of high school and furthered his education with Military Academy and a Bachelor Degree.

Batjar served in the Albanian Army.

He was a financial advisor in a movie production firm, Kinostudio in Tirana, Albania, where he worked for thirty plus years and retired in 1996.

He enjoyed hiking and going for walks. He was passionate about motorcycles and he was a fan of watching soccer games. Bahtjar also enjoyed listening to classical music and spending a lot of time with his family.

Bahtjar is survived by his loving daughters and their husbands, his cherished grand children Dennis, Klejdi,Donald , Brian and also his great grandchildren Adriana, Julia and Cayden.

In addition to his parents, Bahtjar is pre deceased by his loving wife Myzejen Dibra, along with his seven brothers and sisters.

Family and friends may pay their respects Saturday, March 11,2023 from 10.00 AM to 12.00 noon at the Maguire-Scala Memorial Home, 124 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ 07840 with a graveside service to follow the visitation at Hacketstown Union Cemetery.
