Augustus L. Randolph, 76 of Flanders, NJ passed away peacefully on March 8, 2025 at Hackettstown Medical Center with his loving family by his side.

Augustus was born on June 9, 1948 in Newark, NJ to the late Buella (Nee; Wesley) and James Moore Randolph.

Augustus graduated from Montclair High School, class of 1966. He was a man of Catholic faith. He was a caretaker of the family farm for forty one years and also worked for the A&P in Flanders and Budd Lake NJ for twenty five years, before retiring in 2015. He married the love of his life Kathleen (nee; Malone) in 1988. Augustus was an avid sportsman. He enjoyed hunting and fishing in NY, NJ, and Pa. He also enjoyed target practice with guns and his archery compound bow. His love of fishing gave him a passion for fly tying. Augustus also enjoyed building and flying gas model airplanes. Above all he was devoted to his family and grandkids, nephews, nieces and multiple extended family and friends. He will be greatly missed.

Augustus is survived by his devoted wife of 37 years Kathleen, his loving children, Tim Malone and his wife Melanie, Joe Randolph, Lee Michael Randolph, John Ross Randolph, Allison Grennon, Angie Lemmo, Brian Lemmo and his loving grandchildren Timothy Malone and Makayla Malone.

A Memorial Service celebrating Augustus’ life will be held for family and friends on Saturday, March 22, 2025 3 PM -7PM at the American Legion, 450 Willow Grove Street, Hackettstown, NJ 07840
