Audrey J. Morelli, 84, of Hackettstown, NJ went home to be with the Lord on December 30, 2025.
Audrey was born on August 10, 1941 in New Brunswick, Canada to the late Howard and Carmen McFarlane. She once lived in a log cabin that her father had built, and attended grammar school in a one room schoolhouse.
Audrey moved to New Jersey, with her family in 1952. She was a graduate of Jonathon Dayton High School in Springfield, NJ. She returned to Springfield to raise her children, and was a devout member of the St James Church.
In 1980, Audrey moved to Hackettstown and eventually bought her first home. Although she moved to the United States as a child she did not become a citizen until she was in her 50's and she was so proud to do so. Audrey was employed as a Manager in the Finance Dept at AT&T for over 30 years prior to her retirement in 2006. After retirement she kept busy volunteering at the Hackettstown Hospital gift shop, and playing with her grandchildren.
Audrey was a woman of deep faith and trust in God. She enjoyed being with friends and meeting for bible study. She also enjoyed being outside, fishing with her dad as a young child or later in life, sitting with a good book, or gardening. Audrey loved the Jersey Shore, especially Belmar with her grandchildren or a trip to Cape May. She was not an athlete, but loved marathon shopping at any mall, Talbot's or QVC. She was an animal lover and her faithful companion Jerry was always by her side.
Audrey was a loving mother, playful grandmother, a dear friend to many. Audrey was a faithful child of God. She will be greatly missed.
Audrey is survived by her loving daughter's; Lynn Cameron and Dawne Gergits and her husband Karl, her granddaughter, Marissa Guarino and her husband Michael IV. Her sister Linda Knierim and her husband Doug, several nieces and nephews and of course her beloved dog Jerry. She is preceded in death by her grandson, Ryan Cameron, her siblings; Nita Wright and Howard McFarlane.
Family and friends may pay their respects on Saturday, January 10, 2026 from 10AM - 12 PM at Maguire Memorial Home, 124 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ 07840. A Memorial Service Celebrating Audrey's life will immediately follow the visitation at 12:00 PM in the funeral home.

Funeral services have been entrusted to Maguire Memorial Home and Cremation Services, 124 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ 07840.
