Obituary of Anna (Ann)Trzeciakiewicz "Tracy" (nee Petrilak) Anna (Ann)Trzeciakiewicz "Tracy", 86, of Great Meadows, NJ passed away on January 28, 2022 at Saint Clare's Hospital, Kindred Division in Dover, NJ. Ann was born on June 5, 1935 in New York, NY to the late Stephen and Mary (Sikora) Petrilak. Ann was one year old when they moved to Harmony, NJ and later helped on her family's dairy farm.
She graduated from Belvidere High School in 1953 and married the love of her life, the late Edward B. Trzeciakiewicz in 1957. A farmer at heart, Ann worked as a vegetable farmer along side of her husband. They later became sod farmers and so began Tracy Sod Farms. Ann was of Catholic Faith and attended St. Peter and Paul Roman Catholic Church in Great Meadows, NJ. Ann was always a hard worker. Family was her life, passion and hobby, they meant everything to her. She loved animals especially her cat Archie and their late dog Duke and enjoyed watching her backyard wildlife. She enjoyed the outdoors and the farm. Ann treasured her son Edward and daughter Anne Marie. Ann is survived by her loving, son, Edward S. and daughter, Anne Marie. Her caring brother John Petrilak and sister, Helen Ricicki. She also leaves behind several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Ann is preceded in death by her husband Edward B. (2018), brother Stephen Petrilak and her sister Mary Kavcsak. Family and friends may pay their respects on Wednesday, February 2, 2022 from 5:00-8:00 PM at the Maguire -Scala Memorial Home, 124 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ 07840. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Thursday February 3, 2022 at 10:00 AM at Ss. Peter and Paul RC Church, 360 US Hwy. 46, Great Meadows, NJ 07838. Internment will be private at Pequest Union Cemetery in Great Meadows, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ann's name to Allamuchy-Green 1st Aid Squad, 25 Maple Lane, Andover NJ 07821, the SPCA or a charity of your choice.
