Adrienne C Werner

Adrienne C. Werner, 76, of Hackettstown, NJ passed away on June 10, 2023 at Hackettstown Medical Center.

Adrienne was born on September 8, 1946 in Newark, NJ to the late Edward and Rosemary Stopero.

She was a graduate of Hanover Park High School class of 1963. Adrienne worked as a Financial Counselor & Charity Care Coordinator at Hackettstown Medical Center for 36 years, before her retirement in 2016. She was a pillar of the community, always helping those in need. You knew Adrienne was close by when you heard her high heels in the hospital hallways.

Adrienne was our very own Jersey Girl, always funny, glitzy and glamorous. She loved shopping, listening to Frankie Valli and going to the Jersey Shore. If you knew Adrienne, you were likely a recipient of receiving beautiful flowers or a gift from our Mom. It was her way of letting you know you were special to her. She loved to show kindness and was always a giver. Adrienne loved nothing more than spending time with her family. She always talked about the times she spent with her many cousins, aunts, uncles & parents. Most of all, she cherished every single moment she spent with her children and grandchildren. We will treasure those moments forever. Adrienne will be missed by all who knew her.

Adrienne is survived by her husband, Joseph Werner, her children; Heidi Tramontano and her husband Mike, David Schoen and his wife, Sarah, Tara Ballantyne and her husband, Chris and Stacy Bockbrader and her husband, Nick. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren; Sydney, Jordan, Rayna, Ryland, Emmerson, Mykayla, Grayce, Clara, Dylan, and Caroline.

In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her beloved daughter, Kristin Schoen and her brother, Edward Stopero.

Family and friends may pay their respects on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Maguire- Scala Memorial Home, 124 High Street, Hackettstown, NJ 07840. A Mass of Christian burial will take place on Thursday, June 15, 2023 at 11:00 AM at Good Shepherd Roman Catholic Church, 48 Tranquility Road, Andover, NJ 07821. Burial will immediately follow at Pequest Union Cemetery, Independence, NJ.
